Oleksandr BondarenkoDirector and co-founder of Bureau, economist. Member of National Register of corporate directors. Kellogg School of Management and INSEAD Executive Programs alumni. From 2019 to 2020 Mr. Bondarenko served as the Head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional State Administration. He possesses a 15 years experience in management positions at international and Ukrainian industrial companies. He is a member of advisory boards at a number of Ukrainian companies and universities.

Francesco CaresioHead of Warsaw office of NOVO industrial park managing company. Francesco has graduated from ESCP Business School, he speaks 3 languages, has lived in 4 countries in EU. He is responsible for international relations and building partnerships for NOVO industrial park with foreign stakeholders.

Marko MarkovicCommunications specialist with 18 years of experience in the field of international organizations, public authorities, media business. Mr. Markovic specializes on GR and European integration processes. He is the director of Office of European Integration of Dnipropetrovsk region. He has MPA degree (Master of Public Administration) of the Ukrainian Catholic University.

Olena KuryachaExpert on public relations and journalism. She possesses 20 years of experience in communications and corporate and public sectors, working with defferent public companies, private media projects and business media. She specializes on "turn key" creation and implementation of communication campaigns and relations with Media.

Julia YanyukExpert on corporate governance and international law. Mrs. Yanyuk possesses 15 years’ experience in the field of M&A with leading Ukrainian law companies. She has the experience in advising national and international clients on a wide range of issues, including business structuring and investors’ rights protection. Julia supported cross-border agreements in the field of agriculture, renewable energy and IT. She has LLM degree (Master of Laws) of Stockholm University, a lawyer.

Oleg YaroshenkoExpert in the field of renewable fuels and hydrogen energy with experience in legislature preparation and technical regulation. He possesses significant management experience in the following institutions: Research Institute of Oil Refining and Petrochemical Industry "MASMA", Confederacy of Ukrainian Builders, construction and industrial enterprises. Head of Technical Committee of standartization "Hard alternative fuels and biofuels"

Svitlana GrinbergHead of Project Management Office. 2 +years as a Head of the Project Management Office in the Investment Company “Bureau of Investment Programs” and NOVO Industrial Park. 10+ years of launching investment and international business projects and fundraising. 10+ years of experience in project management and HR.

Oleg TenditnikSMM and digital marketing. With 13 years of experience managing Digital Marketing, Oleg possesses a reputable online visionary image. He studies audience needs and implements innovative approaches in executing over 50 successful projects in the markets of Ukraine, the EU, and the USA. He has been working with the Investment company " Bureau of Investment Programs" since its creation and jointly implementing ambitious business projects with the NOVO Industrial Park team.
