BIP helped launch the complex infrastructure project to develop Dnipro International Airport through a public–private partnership.
Under the project model, a private investor was responsible for constructing the passenger terminal and related infrastructure, while the state was to build the runway.
Preparatory organisational and legal work took six months and involved the regional administration, government ministries and other public authorities.
