BIP designed and established a corporate board for a large privately held food-technology company, delivering the project as a turnkey solution for its owners.
Independent board members were carefully selected for their sector expertise and professional experience. BIP also developed the board’s agenda, governance principles and communication arrangements with senior management, and facilitated several strategy sessions with key stakeholders to define the company’s goals.
