The industrial park "NOVO" was opened in the city of Novovolynsk. The site's uniqueness is that the industrial park "NOVO" is located 20 minutes from Poland, which automatically makes the park's residents export-oriented.

There are already preliminary agreements on the obligation to enter the park with fish processing, food production, and logistics enterprises.

"Industrial parks should become reference points for the growth of the Ukrainian economy. Today, they are one of the essential mechanisms that contribute to improving the investment attractiveness of regions and can stimulate their economic development", — said First Deputy Minister of Economy of Ukraine Denys Kudin, who participated in the park's opening.

The following financial incentives are provided for the industrial parks' residents:

- exemption from income tax for ten years;

- exemption from import VAT and customs duties when importing new equipment;

- reduced rates of property tax and land fees from the local authorities.

The industrial Park "NOVO" is an efficient location for production and revenue growth on the EU border.

During the war, industrial parks can become points of development for the Ukrainian economy.

Provided economic incentives for residents such as 0% income tax for ten years, 0% import VAT and customs duties when importing new equipment, as well as reduced rates of property tax and land fees from the local authorities allow building a plant, saving 25% of investments compared to a site located 100 meters from the industrial park.

Up to ten enterprises will start operating, and thousands of jobs will be created on 20 hectares within the framework of the Industrial Park "NOVO".

The advantageous location of the industrial park "Novo" on the border with Poland and close to the European market makes its residents automatically export-oriented.

The industrial park is equipped with all the communications: water, gas, and electricity. There is also a railway circle close to the site, and the industrial park facade overlooks a new and high-quality route R-15 Kovel-Volodymyr-Volynskiy-Chervonograd-Zhovkva, leading to Lviv.

The industrial park invites manufacturers of food, food technologies, and associated goods to cooperate.
