The Polish bank will partially finance creating an IT Park in Lviv13.05.2021The total cost of the large-scale IT industry project called Innovation District IT Park will be € 136 million. At the same time, Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego, the largest state-owned bank in Poland, will provide € 81.5 million of loans for its implementation.
 
The Innovation District IT Park will be a space for future IT professionals to study and work. The future technology park will include 10,000 offices, a multifunctional center, and scientific laboratories. The first residents of the project are such companies as GlobalLogic, N-iX, Perfectial, Intellias, and SoftServe.
 
The park will be built at the intersection of Stryjska and Ivan Chmola streets. The first part of the park is scheduled to open in the second half of 2023. The Bank of Poland planned to finance the project last year, but due to the coronavirus pandemic, the park’s construction had to be postponed.
